Our Favorite Infotainment Systems

Technology permeates into every facet of our lives today, including our vehicles. People looking for a new vehicle would probably be turned off from one that didn’t have the capability to plug in their smartphone using an AUX cord or have a touchscreen display system that controlled audio and navigation. Since their creation, these systems have picked up the name “infotainment,” obviously combining information and entertainment. The available technology from these vehicles is astounding, when you consider what was being offered just ten years ago. Here are just a few of our favorite infotainment systems.

Toyota’s Entune™ System
This eight-inch multi-media touchscreen innovates the infotainment market. With pinch-and-zoom navigation, you’re better able to control the system easily and intuitively. Complete with a customizable home screen and the standard Entune™ App Suite, you might not ever want to leave your car.

Ford’s SYNC® 3
If you’re into voice-commanded technology, you’ll love the SYNC® 3 infotainment system. It gives you the chance to connect to and control your smartphone without even looking down. Plus, this system responds to conversational voice commands, so hopefully there won’t be any more misunderstandings between you and your vehicle.

Chevrolet’s MyLink Display
With Apple Car Play™ and available Android Auto™
Chevrolet’s purposeful and intuitive technology will never have you questioning why it’s been included. With support for Apple Car Play™ and available Android Auto™, you can reach your music, messages, select apps and more, displayed in a familiar and logical way that won’t have you wondering how to use it.

Kia’s UVO Infotainment System
Infotainment is a breeze with Kia’s new technology. With this advanced in-vehicle connectivity, drivers have the benefits of thoughtful design, including diagnostic capabilities, Emergency Assistance, Parking Minder and more. Plus, you’re able to save your POIs, or Points of Interest, to easily get from one place to another. They’ve thought of everything.

Nissan’s Advanced Drive-Assist® Display with Apple Car Play™
Keeping you connected at all times, this infotainment system from Nissan excites. The connected eight-inch multi-touch control screen is connected to the seven-inch Advanced Drive-Assist® Display screen. So, for example, you’re able to send directions from one screen to another with just one swipe. And with an available Bose® Premium Audio system, you’re getting those directions loud and clear.
