Robert Donovan

President and Chief Executive Officer
Robert began his advertising career in Washington, DC, creating a number of large direct marketing campaigns for political candidates. He eventually transitioned to the automotive vertical, initially providing full-service traditional advertising services, including print, radio and television. It was during this time, however, that Robert saw the need for a digital-specific offering for dealerships, prompting him to launch Dealer Online Marketing in 2007, now known as DOM360.

Connie Gundrum

Regional Vice President
Connie brings more than 17 years of experience to our team. Her impressive track record boasts experience in traditional marketing and account services. Much of Connie’s knowledge of account services comes from her time with the largest automotive ad agency in the U.S., where she rose through the ranks from Account Coordinator to Group Account Director. Following that, Connie worked at the country’s leading provider of digital marketing and operational products and services as their Regional Director. Connie is a huge Florida Gators fan.

DeForrest Hipps

Chief Technology Officer
DeForrest has over 30 years of technical project and program management experience with programs related to web & software development and infrastructure management. DeForrest started his career as a Space Shuttle engineer in Southern California and later worked in NASA's Mission Control in Houston. Since then, he's managed technical projects and infrastructure for several companies, including one with revenue in excess of $3B/year. DeForrest now lives on the family farm with his family and a devoted flock of wild turkeys. DeForrest is very happy to be a member of the DOM360 team!

Kate Redmond

Director of Client Services
Kate has seven years of experience as a digital innovation thought-leader and client service manager. Kate is an Ohio native who specializes in client relations and digital marketing strategies.

Ryan Alford

VP, Chief Marketing Officer
Ryan is a well-traveled marketing and advertising veteran with over 17 years of guiding brands as large as Verizon Wireless and as local and organic as The Greenville Drive. Ryan spent 5 years in Manhattan managing brands and teams for Hill Holliday New York and collaborating with some of the most respected talent and agencies in the industry. Equal parts strategist, conceptualist, and account guy Ryan is a true hybrid with extensive experience across digital platform development, broadcast/video, experiential branding and design, content creation, and marketing research planning. In his spare time you will find him coaching his son’s basketball team or on the golf links.

Mike Weston

Creative Director
A graduate of the School of Visual Arts in NYC, Mike’s ad journey has taken him to agencies like BBDO, Doner, Lawler Ballard, Doe Anderson, Earle Palmer Brown and Erwin-Penland Hill Holliday. Along the way he has helped create brand and bottom-line-building ideas for Campbell's Soup, Valvoline, The Michigan and Kentucky Lotteries, BNSF Railway, Firestone, Michelin, Uniroyal, National City Bank, Gillette, DeKuyper Cordials and Maker’s Mark bourbon to name just a few.
