Boca’s Commitment to Client Success

As you all know, things have been a little out of the ordinary lately. And that’s putting it mildly. 

Not only are many of us working remotely (with some of us under shelter-in-place orders), but our clients are dealing with similar challenges. On top of that, they have families, employees and communities that rely on them to varying degrees.

They are scrambling to adjust messaging, to bolster their online business, to expand their delivery services and to coordinate new hours and cleaning protocols. They need help, and they are looking for answers. 

In many cases, they’ve found those answers with you. You’ve answered the call. Literally and figuratively. Each one of you has risen to the occasion. So, I want to thank you for that. We couldn’t do it without each one of you pulling your weight. 

Today, though, I want to highlight one team in particular.

The Gettel family of dealerships includes 18 stores and 19 websites, so their challenges were even more daunting than most. Jim Gettel, the company’s president, needed to quickly address the COVID-19 crisis across all of his websites. Working with Gettel’s CMO, David Kelly, our Boca team sprung into action.

Nikki and her team in Florida stayed every night until 10PM to ensure that emails were coordinated and sent from each store, homepage slides were redesigned on every website, specials were updated and inventory banners for every location were adjusted. The team’s copywriters and designers also updated new hours and information for all of Gettel’s Google My Business listings, paid search content, Autotrader banners, Facebook ads and email signature graphics. 

Because our full-time coders had reached critical mass with changes and updates for our other clients, some of the AEs in Boca even coded, loaded and sent the Gettel emails through the CRM to get them out quickly themselves.

How quickly? Two days. It only took two days to coordinate, recalibrate and disseminate content for 19 dealerships under the Gettel umbrella. Two days.

The accomplishment didn’t go unnoticed. David truly appreciated the team effort. As the attached text string indicates, he witnessed for himself how the Boca team embodies our core values, especially “Commitment.” If what Nikki and her team did wasn’t an example of selfless dedication, I don’t know what is.

So, again, thank you all for what you’re doing during these difficult times. Gettel will surely end up being one of just many of the success stories that emerge from this crisis.
