If you are using the services on behalf of a dealership, business, or other entity, you represent that you are authorized to accept these Terms on that entity’s behalf.
Enables permission-based email marketing, template creation, list management, and campaign analytics.
Captures and routes customer inquiries to client-designated CRM systems and endpoints, and provides transactional notifications.
Supports customer re-engagement workflows, including relationship-based and user-initiated communications.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your communications comply with applicable laws, including the CAN-SPAM Act and data protection regulations where applicable.
DOM360 provides unsubscribe and suppression mechanisms, bounce handling, and complaint monitoring features. However, you remain responsible for lawful recipient consent and proper list practices.
Client data, including subscriber lists and lead records, remain owned by the client. DOM360 processes such data only to provide and improve the services in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
The services, including all software, designs, and related materials, are owned by DOM360 and protected by intellectual property laws. No rights are granted except as expressly stated in these Terms.
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the services at any time for maintenance, security, operational reasons, or improvements. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
DOM360 may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe there is a violation of these Terms, unlawful sending practices, security threats, or misuse of the services.
The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, DOM360 shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenues, data, or goodwill.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
