What is your typical day at DOM360 like?

Busy, I have a role in many different facets of the operation. Some days might be spent with sales and marketing helping develop new proposal processes, other days might be spent with the creative team helping to create more efficiency in internal processes.


What does success mean to you?

Success to me means going home at the end of the day and being proud of what I accomplished that day. Some days it might be because I helped someone that really needed the support that day, other days it might be because of the number of tasks that I completed.


How does your role contribute to our clients’ success?

In my role, I get to improve processes, reduce turnaround time on jobs, and create leaner internal and external processes. This allows for deliverables to make it into the client’s hands quicker, and with less internal and external revisions. This allows the client to focus more on making sales while we focus on delivering high-caliber marketing plans and materials.


What is your favorite part of your role at DOM360?

My favorite part of my role at DOM360 is the amount of learning and growth that is available to me. This business is constantly changing and evolving, because of that, there is always something new to learn or a new task to master.


What fictional character do you identify with?

Sam Gribley, from My Side of the Mountain. I cherish solitude and independence, yet have a fierce love for my family.


What is your spirit animal?

An elephant, mainly for their strong familial ties. Elephant families stay together and protect each other.

I am not Taylor Swift at all……

I have been with my wife for 13 years now, I have forgotten what a pick-up line even is.
