DOM360 Careers: Human Resources Manager


DOM360 (Dealer Online Marketing) seeks an experienced HR Manager to join us in our corporate headquarters in downtown Greenville, SC. Candidates must bring a minimum of 10 years’ prior HR experience, with the SPHR and/or SHRM­CP/SCP certification(s). AA or BS degree in HR required. The successful candidate will handle a multitude of duties, including the following, so previous experience in these areas is required:

  • Recruiting, including posting on internal and external sites
  • Onboarding/Exits
  • Employee Relations Issues
  • Position Descriptions ­ authoring and updating as needed
  • 401K Plan Administration, including form 5500 filing
  • Responding to unemployment claims, representing the company when needed
  • Benefits Plans negotiation and administration (Health, Dental, Vision, Disability, Life)
  • Payroll processing (preferably with ADP experience)
  • Time and attendance tracking
  • Personnel file maintenance
  • I­9/E­Verify Management
  • Company auto fleet management
  • Workers’ Compensation
  • Policies and Procedures ­ authoring and revising
  • Employee review process
  • Compensation administration
  • Paid­Time­Off Administration
