DOM360 Careers: Marketing Coordinator

 

The Marketing Coordinator is responsible for supporting the marketing communications and social media efforts for DOM360.

Responsibilities:

  • Increase brand awareness through increased traffic to our social and web sites

  • Create relevant, inspiring content, and share on all social medial channels utilized by the company (Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram etc)

  • Proof and edit written pieces

  • Write frequent and relevant articles to maintain the company blog

  • Responsible for company press releases

  • Write articles for the company newsletter

  • Write content to post to company’s website as directed

  • Work with 3rd party social media outlets to ensure DOM360 is presented in a positive light

  • Assist with drafting and development of proposals and presentations

  • Represent the company at local, regional and national events as requested

  • Assist with preparation for trade shows and events

  • Collaborate with the marketing team and other groups both external and within the organization to understand and address needs and spur growth and new opportunities

  • Leverage technology and process innovation for continuous improvement

  • Help grow our DOM360.com website, including adding new content pages as needed

  • Working with the DOM Account Services team, pursuit of new business opportunities with existing clients

  • Help DOM gain greater market share through a strong brand awareness

  • Other duties/projects as assigned

 

Required Skills and Competencies:

  • BS in Marketing or Communications preferred, or related field of study – or combination of education and experience

  • 1+ years of experience writing copy in a marketing agency or similar environment

  • 0+ years of experience managing corporate social media responsibilities

  • Education and experience grounded in copywriting and social media management, including HTML and wordpress experience

  • Experience writing in AP style

  • Must be a strong proofer and editor

  • Strong attention to detail required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills

  • Ability to meet deadlines (possibly working late hours and/or weekends as needed)

 

Working Conditions:

    • Typical professional office environment

    • Lifting up to 25 pounds without assistance

    • Office environment 90%, travel to client or other sites 10%

    • While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear. The employee frequently is required to stand, walk, use hands to handle or carry, and reach with hands and arms.
